Indian economy is in supply push stage. In order to achieve targeted development of the Indian economy, power sector would have to grow exponentially in the next two decades. This would require not only quality human resource but also its retention and effective utilization. Here at NPTI, the apex national body for training of human resources in power sector, we are committed to cater to the present as well as future needs of this very crucial sector. NPTI is also creating a vibrant pool of power professionals to meet the impending HR needs of future through its Academic Programs, wherein fresh and experienced engineering Graduates are exposed to the various techno-managerial and business development facets of the power industry. Through this flagship academic program, MBA in Power Management, NPTI Graduates are surging ahead to steer the power industry.
NPTI has a pool of experienced faculty having deep and diversified exposure to power sector. NPTI has nurtured a symbiotic relationship with the industry ever since the inception of this program in 2001-02 and shall continue to foster this journey of mutual interest. Nation does not grow in bits and pieces; it evolves as systemic whole of constituents. Internalizing this fact we started the M.B.A. program at NPTI as a 'program with difference'. The program has its share of pioneering advantage and we- academia and industria, are committed to leave no stone unturned in this glorious journey of mutual enrichment.
Towards the achievement of professional excellence, we provide our students suitable platform on which they can interact with veterans in their respective fields. Apart from professional skills, CAMPS has a good mix of in house and visiting faculties who put their best to sharpen the interpersonal and humane skills of our students. Our effort is to progressively evolve as the best breeding ground of holistic power professionals in India. We are encouraged by the response from industry leaders and grateful to their valuable suggestions as and when so required. Giving due diligence to suggestions from industry, the program has been re-aligned, time and again, to meet the emerging demand from core sectors as well as subsidiary sectors. It is vision of our exemplary leaders in industry that they have duly recognized, rewarded our MBA grads. The industry-wise acknowledgment of the performance of our MBA grads has not only increased the value of this program but also earned social recognition to power professionals in India.
