Pre-Placement Talk (PPT)
The PPT provides an opportunity for the recruiting companies and the students to interact. The presentation by the company about itself (history, growth potential, future opportunity, etc.) and jobs available (content, compensation package, location, etc.) gives a consequential insight to each aspiring student. Companies may send any promotional material to the Institute, prior to the PPT. After the PPT, resumes of interested students are sent to the company. The companies may send details of the selection procedure (Group Discussion, Interview, etc.), which will enable the Institute to make necessary arrangements at its end. Companies are required to communicate the desired date for visiting the campus as soon as possible.
This will enable the institute to best schedule company visits. All facilities for the placement Procedure will be provided at the campus. Accommodation (on request) will be arranged in the well furnished Guest House of the institute for the members of the selection teams.
We Request You
- Fill up the Corporate Response Form (CRF) and Fax/Mail it back to us at the earliest.
- Intimate us a week in advance the details of your Recruitment Procedures and programme and requirements regarding Power Point Presentation.
- Instruct us about sending CVs and Tracker (Excel sheet containing information about the students) electronically so as to facilitate interaction planning.
- Appointment letters of selected students is expected to be sent to the placement office within 2 (two) weeks of the job offer made during the Placement Program.
- Placement session begins from first week of November 2011.
